Narrative:
We departed gate X on the ramp at msp. There was a parked shuttle bus located to our left on the taxi out near gate Y. A wing walker on our left wing in front of the bus was holding 2 lighted wands slightly above his head in the vertical 'clear' position visible to both the captain and first officer. Seeing the lighted wands in the 'clear' position, seeing we were on the taxi centerline and even slightly to the right of it, and verifying 'clear left and clear right,' we continued to taxi at the normal, slow taxi speed. Our left wingtip entered the top front fiberglas portion of the shuttle bus. After shutting down the aircraft, the flight attendant lowered the airstair with approval from the captain. A ramper (I believe to be the one with the wands) entered the flight deck. After a long pause he said, 'ah...oops.' he left with no further discussion. Visual inspection immediately afterwards (within 10 mins) revealed the left wingtip navigation lights and lens to be broken. No other damage was visible. I believe the ramper was relatively new as I did not recognize him when he entered the flight deck. It is my belief that he thought the wing would pass over the bus.

Title: SF34 WING STRIKES PARKED VEHICLE WHILE UNDER MARSHALLER CTL AT MSP.
Narrative: WE DEPARTED GATE X ON THE RAMP AT MSP. THERE WAS A PARKED SHUTTLE BUS LOCATED TO OUR L ON THE TAXI OUT NEAR GATE Y. A WING WALKER ON OUR L WING IN FRONT OF THE BUS WAS HOLDING 2 LIGHTED WANDS SLIGHTLY ABOVE HIS HEAD IN THE VERT 'CLR' POS VISIBLE TO BOTH THE CAPT AND FO. SEEING THE LIGHTED WANDS IN THE 'CLR' POS, SEEING WE WERE ON THE TAXI CTRLINE AND EVEN SLIGHTLY TO THE R OF IT, AND VERIFYING 'CLR L AND CLR R,' WE CONTINUED TO TAXI AT THE NORMAL, SLOW TAXI SPD. OUR L WINGTIP ENTERED THE TOP FRONT FIBERGLAS PORTION OF THE SHUTTLE BUS. AFTER SHUTTING DOWN THE ACFT, THE FLT ATTENDANT LOWERED THE AIRSTAIR WITH APPROVAL FROM THE CAPT. A RAMPER (I BELIEVE TO BE THE ONE WITH THE WANDS) ENTERED THE FLT DECK. AFTER A LONG PAUSE HE SAID, 'AH...OOPS.' HE LEFT WITH NO FURTHER DISCUSSION. VISUAL INSPECTION IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARDS (WITHIN 10 MINS) REVEALED THE L WINGTIP NAV LIGHTS AND LENS TO BE BROKEN. NO OTHER DAMAGE WAS VISIBLE. I BELIEVE THE RAMPER WAS RELATIVELY NEW AS I DID NOT RECOGNIZE HIM WHEN HE ENTERED THE FLT DECK. IT IS MY BELIEF THAT HE THOUGHT THE WING WOULD PASS OVER THE BUS.
