Narrative:

I was working #1 engine on the above named aircraft, xyz, accomplishing b-chk cards. After arriving home from an overtime shift on above date, I realized I left the 4 engine oil filter cover nuts unsafetied. I immediately contacted hangar X maintenance and notified them of this discrepancy. All work was accomplished on the cards I was assigned on this date with the exception of the discrepancy.

Title: AN MD SUPER 80 UNDERGOING A B-CHK HAD #1 ENG MAIN OIL SCREEN COVER NUTS NOT SAFETIED. NUTS SAFETIED PRIOR TO DISPATCH.

Narrative: I WAS WORKING #1 ENG ON THE ABOVE NAMED ACFT, XYZ, ACCOMPLISHING B-CHK CARDS. AFTER ARRIVING HOME FROM AN OVERTIME SHIFT ON ABOVE DATE, I REALIZED I LEFT THE 4 ENG OIL FILTER COVER NUTS UNSAFETIED. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED HANGAR X MAINT AND NOTIFIED THEM OF THIS DISCREPANCY. ALL WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED ON THE CARDS I WAS ASSIGNED ON THIS DATE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE DISCREPANCY.
