Narrative:

About 1 hour and 45 mins after takeoff from eze to mia, I was completing the meal/beverage service and there was sudden, severe, clear air turbulence. I was in the vestibule of the aft l-hand side area in the aft service center. I was thrown back against the edge of the aft, l-hand side lavatory sidewall, where my lower back area (waist line) hit the corner edge, which has a hard rubber guard which protrudes in the corner. I was then thrown forward and my left leg skin area hit the edge of the liquor cart on the right side of the cart. A co-worker who was standing protected by the 2 sidewalls entering the area, held me back from falling back into the outer l-hand side, aft lavatory. I then grabbed a hand-hold and braced until I was able to further protect myself.
