Narrative:
Mixup with communication from dispatcher to station on new computer resulting in station not getting information on an aircraft switch from B757 X to B757 Y. The flight release had aircraft X on it but was not caught by myself, operations, maintenance, and ramp, though aircraft Y was checked and ready for flight with no open maintenance items and the correct fuel was on board. All preflight checks were accomplished and flight from sfo to phl was uneventful. I missed the aircraft swap on the release from dispatch because I did not get my flight release and information until 15 mins prior to departure. We have just implemented a new computer system and the agents are still learning. The paperwork per flight is more extensive and thus some items are more easily overlooked. The operation of the flight was uneventful with all procedures completed and followed. The fuel load and weights were all correct for flight. I just signed for a different aircraft number than I flew to phl.
