Narrative:
Checklist being read during taxi. Prior to weight portion I asked via ACARS for weights, got a return and printout with new weights, entered the new zero fuel weight at panel and passenger count agreed. However (realized at a later time), this was an updated preliminary. ACARS printed the final right after liftoff (noticed when I put pneumatics on at power reduction) takeoff at xa:31, printout at xa:32. Preliminary weights (updated weights which were used) and finals were same. When I changed zero fuel weight at my panel, it must have triggered finals in my mind when reached on the checklist as I was giving cabin ready announcement, reading checklist, and xchking the pilots doing or having done their items.
