Narrative:
Flight inspection item to adjust inboard flap inboard fairings due to drop at maximum limit. Item was deferred due conflicting workload. Maintenance manual procedures calls for adjustment of fairings at next class one station visit. The item was deferred and deviated from procedures on inspection item, which calls for aircraft to be jacked, adjusted and remeasured per maintenance manual.
