Narrative:
I was vectoring air carrier Z behind air carrier Y. Air carrier X was en route to ege. I descended air carrier X to FL270 from FL350 before air carrier Y passed far enough east to be clear. I was not patient to hold the descent clearance for air carrier X until air carrier Y was clear. It appeared both aircraft were on headings that would provide separation but were not.
