Narrative:
After intercepting runway 30 localizer and cleared for the ILS, intercepted GS approximately 1 mi outside of OM and started descent at 160 KTS. Fat approach called traffic alert at less than 1 mi. We saw BE90 in front of us with gear extended on localizer. Turned right 30 degrees and descended to pass on right (to keep him in sight). Fat approach called another alert at our 1 O'clock position 2 mi. Turned left, intercepted localizer about 1 mi ahead of BE90, continued approach. Fat turned us over to advisory frequency. At approximately 2 mi final, advised local traffic and landed. After parking aircraft, BE90 pilot came over and complained we cut him off on the approach. He stated, 'he was cleared for the approach before us.' after discussing this matter it was determined that fat was very busy and had a possible emergency in progress and somehow missed one of us. It turns out BE90 pilot was an FAA poi and was flying the aircraft during a check ride. He said he was getting copies of the tapes and wanted a written statement. He never asked to see my credentials, even after I requested a 'ramp inspection.'

Title: WHILE WORKING AN EMER SIT, FAT APCH MISSED 1 OF 2 ACFT AT VIS RESULTING IN NMAC.
Narrative: AFTER INTERCEPTING RWY 30 LOC AND CLRED FOR THE ILS, INTERCEPTED GS APPROX 1 MI OUTSIDE OF OM AND STARTED DSCNT AT 160 KTS. FAT APCH CALLED TFC ALERT AT LESS THAN 1 MI. WE SAW BE90 IN FRONT OF US WITH GEAR EXTENDED ON LOC. TURNED R 30 DEGS AND DSNDED TO PASS ON R (TO KEEP HIM IN SIGHT). FAT APCH CALLED ANOTHER ALERT AT OUR 1 O'CLOCK POS 2 MI. TURNED L, INTERCEPTED LOC ABOUT 1 MI AHEAD OF BE90, CONTINUED APCH. FAT TURNED US OVER TO ADVISORY FREQ. AT APPROX 2 MI FINAL, ADVISED LCL TFC AND LANDED. AFTER PARKING ACFT, BE90 PLT CAME OVER AND COMPLAINED WE CUT HIM OFF ON THE APCH. HE STATED, 'HE WAS CLRED FOR THE APCH BEFORE US.' AFTER DISCUSSING THIS MATTER IT WAS DETERMINED THAT FAT WAS VERY BUSY AND HAD A POSSIBLE EMER IN PROGRESS AND SOMEHOW MISSED ONE OF US. IT TURNS OUT BE90 PLT WAS AN FAA POI AND WAS FLYING THE ACFT DURING A CHK RIDE. HE SAID HE WAS GETTING COPIES OF THE TAPES AND WANTED A WRITTEN STATEMENT. HE NEVER ASKED TO SEE MY CREDENTIALS, EVEN AFTER I REQUESTED A 'RAMP INSPECTION.'
