Narrative:
ATIS for bdr does not include the NOTAM for the abutting class D airspace when it is not standard (open when normally closed - closed when normally open). It is an ATIS requirement that '...other NOTAMS and PIREPS pertinent to operations in the terminal area' be included on the ATIS. This is a significant safety issue that ATC is failing to address even though it has been brought to their attention over several yrs. Reference -- section 9, ATIS procedures, paragraph 2-9-2E.
