Narrative:
Airport manager at this uncontrolled airport (X59) over the unicom (123.00) accused the pilot of a pitts aircraft of acrobatic flight when the pilot did a takeoff in which the airport manager considered to be an excessive rate of climb. This appears to be improper use of unicom by airport manager and is a continuing problem at this airport. Correction of situation could be accomplished by removal of this airport manager.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: PUBLIC COMPLAINT OF ARPT MGR'S IMPROPER USE OF ARPT UNICOM IN ADVISING PLT OF A PITTS ACFT PLT THAT HIS RATE OF TKOF CLB WAS EXCESSIVE AND THEREFORE CONSIDERED AEROBATIC FLT.
Narrative: ARPT MGR AT THIS UNCTLED ARPT (X59) OVER THE UNICOM (123.00) ACCUSED THE PLT OF A PITTS ACFT OF ACROBATIC FLT WHEN THE PLT DID A TKOF IN WHICH THE ARPT MGR CONSIDERED TO BE AN EXCESSIVE RATE OF CLB. THIS APPEARS TO BE IMPROPER USE OF UNICOM BY ARPT MGR AND IS A CONTINUING PROB AT THIS ARPT. CORRECTION OF SIT COULD BE ACCOMPLISHED BY REMOVAL OF THIS ARPT MGR.
