Narrative:

We were about to land, passenger were seated, I was securing the galleys. We hit clear air turbulence with no advise. I literally flew, and landed on a passenger armrest, even though I was holding myself to the galley's bulkhead. It's probably one of those sits you couldn't prevent, but I was not able to return to my jump seat because there was no place I could hold myself to, so luckily I sat down on a passenger seat. There was no passenger on it. I think they should put some kind of handles along the way so in sits like this we would be able to return to our jump seat. P.south. Luckily all I got from it was a big bruise on my lower back, but it could have been worse.
