Narrative:
We were cruising at 16000 ft. ZID gave us traffic at 9 O'clock. We had the traffic in sight. ZID gave us, maintain visual and descend to 11000 ft. ZID also gave the traffic, which was at 15000 ft, climb to FL220 and maintain visual on us. We were descending at 15000 FPM. The traffic looked like it would pass above and behind us. The TCASII gave us a 'descend, descend.' the traffic reported that they had an RA also. The traffic was in sight the entire time and appeared that it would pass above and behind us.

Narrative: WE WERE CRUISING AT 16000 FT. ZID GAVE US TFC AT 9 O'CLOCK. WE HAD THE TFC IN SIGHT. ZID GAVE US, MAINTAIN VISUAL AND DSND TO 11000 FT. ZID ALSO GAVE THE TFC, WHICH WAS AT 15000 FT, CLB TO FL220 AND MAINTAIN VISUAL ON US. WE WERE DSNDING AT 15000 FPM. THE TFC LOOKED LIKE IT WOULD PASS ABOVE AND BEHIND US. THE TCASII GAVE US A 'DSND, DSND.' THE TFC RPTED THAT THEY HAD AN RA ALSO. THE TFC WAS IN SIGHT THE ENTIRE TIME AND APPEARED THAT IT WOULD PASS ABOVE AND BEHIND US.
