Narrative:
While descending on the modesto 2 arrival for the FMS bridge visual to runway 28R at sfo, our flight misunderstood the local altimeter setting. This resulted in the descent and approach being flown slightly below the depicted at or above altitudes on the approach until GS intercept.

Title: AN ACR B767 FLC DSNDS ON A STAR BELOW THE PROPER ALT WHEN THEY MISSET THEIR ALTIMETERS.
Narrative: WHILE DSNDING ON THE MODESTO 2 ARR FOR THE FMS BRIDGE VISUAL TO RWY 28R AT SFO, OUR FLT MISUNDERSTOOD THE LCL ALTIMETER SETTING. THIS RESULTED IN THE DSCNT AND APCH BEING FLOWN SLIGHTLY BELOW THE DEPICTED AT OR ABOVE ALTS ON THE APCH UNTIL GS INTERCEPT.
