Narrative:
Approaching arlin intersection, we were notified of a passenger that was comatose and unresponsive. We notified phx approach of situation and kept our speed up. To our knowledge no separation was lost, and no conflicts occurred.

Title: FLC OF A B737-300 MAINTAINED BEST AIRSPD ON STAR ARR AFTER NOTIFYING APCH CTL THAT THEY HAD A MEDICAL EMER. THE PAX HAD NO VITAL SIGNS.
Narrative: APCHING ARLIN INTXN, WE WERE NOTIFIED OF A PAX THAT WAS COMATOSE AND UNRESPONSIVE. WE NOTIFIED PHX APCH OF SIT AND KEPT OUR SPD UP. TO OUR KNOWLEDGE NO SEPARATION WAS LOST, AND NO CONFLICTS OCCURRED.
