Narrative:

After landing at efd was entering XXX ramp wbound along south end of ramp on the painted stripe. While taxiing between a row of T38's to the right and a parked fuel truck to the left, I moved off the taxi stripe to the right to allow left wingtip to clear parked fuel truck. A lineman was at both the left and right wingtip. The lineman on the right signaled 'all clear.' the lineman to the left made no visual signals. After passing the fuel truck and being directed to parking, I shut down the aircraft. The flight mechanic opened the door. A lineman advised that our left wingtip had scraped the fuel truck. Upon inspecting the wingtip, I noted a broken navigation light lens, a scrape under the winglet, and some skin deformation. The side of the fuel truck showed a scrape about 7 ft long and a depression.
