Narrative:
In the morning it was necessary to be deiced prior to takeoff due to snow. The captain taxied the aircraft from gate xx to the designated deice area in milwaukee. After the application, the deice radio person communicated over company frequency that we were clear to proceed. As we were leaving the deice area, the left wingtip struck the rear of the deice truck. We secured the aircraft, called maintenance, and dispatch and the passenger were shuttled to the terminal. After the appropriate personnel assessed the damage we taxied the aircraft back to the gate.
