Narrative:
First class passenger on flight from mia to lax became upset because his 5TH drink was served to him late. We were in the process of doing our dessert service when passenger became belligerent and began using profanities when I went to serve row X after he yelled at me. I turned around. To get my attention, he hit me in my back, then proceeded to yell at myself and the #1 flight attendant. He requested our names and employee numbers. Was denied alcohol the duration of the flight.
