Narrative:
I was the boarding flight attendant. When the gentleman boarded, he was amongst the first people to board. In english, he made the comment about sitting in first class. I told him that this was a full flight and that he would have to take his assigned seat at this time. After all the passenger had boarded, I went back to main cabin and heard from the #9 flight attendant that she had had a run-in with said passenger because she was accommodating another passenger and needed to know who owned a briefcase. He got upset with her for moving it. Because of his attitude, he was called to first class to talk with ground agents, the #1 flight attendant and the captain. I left so that they could speak privately. After about 10 mins, the passenger returned to his seat, but this time speaking loudly in portuguese, stating that we were discriminating against him and treating him badly and unfairly. He continued on and started getting other passenger in main cabin riled up. We were beginning to lose control of the situation in main cabin if this continued. I went to the cockpit, told them what was occurring. At this point police came on board and removed said passenger. 2 days later on our turn to cnf, said passenger on board again. He remained calm until deplaning when he cursed out one of the portuguese speaking flight attendants. After he cleared customs he was called back inside by federal police (brazilian). Once an incident occurs, passenger should be removed from flight if it is severe enough. Passenger should either be put on another airline and made sure not to be traveling with same crew as occurred with us.

HE REMAINED CALM UNTIL DEPLANING WHEN HE CURSED OUT ONE OF THE PORTUGUESE SPEAKING FLT ATTENDANTS. AFTER HE CLRED CUSTOMS HE WAS CALLED BACK INSIDE BY FEDERAL POLICE (BRAZILIAN). ONCE AN INCIDENT OCCURS, PAX SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM FLT IF IT IS SEVERE ENOUGH. PAX SHOULD EITHER BE PUT ON ANOTHER AIRLINE AND MADE SURE NOT TO BE TRAVELING WITH SAME CREW AS OCCURRED WITH US.
