Narrative:
ATC clearance: turn left to 030 degrees, join runway 1L localizer, maintain 3000 ft. During turn, received TCASII TA for traffic at 2 O'clock at 3000 ft. TA changed to RA with climb instructions. Followed RA until clear of traffic and then rejoined localizer and returned to 3000 ft. Advised approach control and continued approach to landing. The other aircraft apparently overshot runway 1R localizer.
