Minimum fuel. Flight abc on feb/xa/99 had to declare minimum fuel on arrival to nrt. The reason was because of rerte by zan, which added 15 mins to the flight plan, then vectors for spacing and holding by tokyo control, which added an additional 15-20 mins to flight plan.

Title: CREW REQUESTED PRIORITY HANDLING BECAUSE OF MINIMUM FUEL.
Narrative: MINIMUM FUEL. FLT ABC ON FEB/XA/99 HAD TO DECLARE MINIMUM FUEL ON ARR TO NRT. THE REASON WAS BECAUSE OF RERTE BY ZAN, WHICH ADDED 15 MINS TO THE FLT PLAN, THEN VECTORS FOR SPACING AND HOLDING BY TOKYO CTL, WHICH ADDED AN ADDITIONAL 15-20 MINS TO FLT PLAN.
