Narrative:

On feb/xa/99 while arriving from the east to luis munoz marin international airport, I experienced a right engine malfunction. Runway 28 was requested for landing priority. While on ground, assistance was requested to push the airplane back from the edge of the taxiway, due to unable to taxi due to differential power. Airport personnel helped in accommodating the airplane and then helped to push it forward off of the taxiway. The fuel truck nearby offered help and I used their ladder to verify oil in the engine, also verify fuel in the tanks. It had some fuel in it. Nevertheless, I asked them to add 15 gallons on each tank to compensate for the fueler's help. The aircraft was then moved to maintenance.
