Narrative:
I was on the ILS runway 9, mli. It was dark and snowing. I was cleared to land. I touched down with a lot of runway remaining (in touchdown zone) and decided to take it easy on the reverse. Approximately half way down the runway the plowing stopped and the snow approximately 1 inch thick concealed the lines. I reversed harder and tower then told me to make a right turn on runway 5/23. I thought I was going to miss the turn but then realized, as did the tower, that I turned on the wrong runway (runway 13/31). I taxied down runway 13 and exited to the left. I was now confused. I had asked to taxi to 'cargo,' but that was a different place on the field. I was not extremely familiar with the airport and probably would have been all right except for: 1) snow covered runway, and 2) tower giving me a taxi clearance while still moving at approximately 40-50 KTS down the runway. I could not concentrate on what he was saying because I was still trying to maintain aircraft control in loud reverse and in the snow. I taxied to parking and nothing further was said.

Title: PLT OF AN SA277 METROLINER CARGO FLT ENCOUNTERS 1 INCH THICK SNOW PART WAY DOWN THE LNDG RWY AND CANNOT SEE THE TURNOFF LINES. HE EXITS ON THE WRONG RWY.
Narrative: I WAS ON THE ILS RWY 9, MLI. IT WAS DARK AND SNOWING. I WAS CLRED TO LAND. I TOUCHED DOWN WITH A LOT OF RWY REMAINING (IN TOUCHDOWN ZONE) AND DECIDED TO TAKE IT EASY ON THE REVERSE. APPROX HALF WAY DOWN THE RWY THE PLOWING STOPPED AND THE SNOW APPROX 1 INCH THICK CONCEALED THE LINES. I REVERSED HARDER AND TWR THEN TOLD ME TO MAKE A R TURN ON RWY 5/23. I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO MISS THE TURN BUT THEN REALIZED, AS DID THE TWR, THAT I TURNED ON THE WRONG RWY (RWY 13/31). I TAXIED DOWN RWY 13 AND EXITED TO THE L. I WAS NOW CONFUSED. I HAD ASKED TO TAXI TO 'CARGO,' BUT THAT WAS A DIFFERENT PLACE ON THE FIELD. I WAS NOT EXTREMELY FAMILIAR WITH THE ARPT AND PROBABLY WOULD HAVE BEEN ALL RIGHT EXCEPT FOR: 1) SNOW COVERED RWY, AND 2) TWR GIVING ME A TAXI CLRNC WHILE STILL MOVING AT APPROX 40-50 KTS DOWN THE RWY. I COULD NOT CONCENTRATE ON WHAT HE WAS SAYING BECAUSE I WAS STILL TRYING TO MAINTAIN ACFT CTL IN LOUD REVERSE AND IN THE SNOW. I TAXIED TO PARKING AND NOTHING FURTHER WAS SAID.
