Narrative:
ATC failed to hand us off to another controller. In other words, they forgot about us. When I inquired about higher, they had no idea where we were at. Controller seemed very busy and apparently forgot to hand us off to the next sector.

Title: RPTR INDICATES THAT HIS ACFT WAS NOT HANDED OFF TO THE NEXT SECTOR.
Narrative: ATC FAILED TO HAND US OFF TO ANOTHER CTLR. IN OTHER WORDS, THEY FORGOT ABOUT US. WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT HIGHER, THEY HAD NO IDEA WHERE WE WERE AT. CTLR SEEMED VERY BUSY AND APPARENTLY FORGOT TO HAND US OFF TO THE NEXT SECTOR.
