Narrative:

Paris has changed all departures (sids) as of last week. They have 2 sids that when pronounced with a french accent sound very similar left'aigle SID and, I believe, RNAV lesil SID. Initially believed cpt to be via left'aigle but told first officer to verify and corrected this on ground. Delayed department to reprogram GPS with RNAV waypoints. Missed the insertion of #1 waypoint which is runway heading to 4 DME and started an early turn off runway 27 to intersection bt (le bourget) 108.8 (I believe) 311 degrees, and was corrected by tower, unintentional.
