Time: XA19Z. ATC facility: mexico center. Location: tmn. Flight of passenger for boat cruise charter from dfw to aca. North of cvm advised by #1 flight attendant we had an ill elderly lady, age 73, heart problems and diabetic. No doctor, but a nurse on aircraft. Informed by crew, lady was in great pain, very pale. Nurse thought possible heart problem. Advised dispatch and mexico center. Landed mex at XA49Z. Mex dispatch and station personnel all did great job. Offloaded passenger and her traveling companion. Departed for aca.
