Narrative:

While taxiing on runway 9L (after landing on runway 3L) eastbound, we were cleared to turn left on taxiway F. While approaching the taxiway, a slow turn to the left was initiated. When the nose of the aircraft was diagonal to the wind, the aircraft swung nose left (ice and wind) and began sliding forward. Braking was nil and the nose of the aircraft departed the taxiway. The aircraft stopped with the mains on the taxiway.
