Narrative:

Descending on approach control vectors for landing at slc. High cockpit workload (running checklists and clearing for traffic), pilot flying aircraft (not using autoplt) allowed aircraft to descend approximately 500 ft below assigned altitude before correcting back. ATC said nothing and there was no loss of separation between other aircraft.
