Narrative:
Excessive runway crossing by refueling vehicles, combined with other airport vehicles, number close to 100 runway xings a day. A perimeter road that's only planned would be the solution to this potentially hazardous situation. This situation became more severe with the start up of a new commuter service on the field.

Title: ILG CTLR CONCERNED WITH INCREASED ARPT VEHICLE RWY XINGS AND DELAYED CONSTRUCTION OF A PERIMETER ROAD, WHICH WOULD SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE VEHICLE RWY XINGS.
Narrative: EXCESSIVE RWY XING BY REFUELING VEHICLES, COMBINED WITH OTHER ARPT VEHICLES, NUMBER CLOSE TO 100 RWY XINGS A DAY. A PERIMETER ROAD THAT'S ONLY PLANNED WOULD BE THE SOLUTION TO THIS POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS SIT. THIS SIT BECAME MORE SEVERE WITH THE START UP OF A NEW COMMUTER SVC ON THE FIELD.
