Narrative:
Aircraft was cleared to descend to 16000 ft from FL200, while first officer was in the lavatory. Captain failed to reset his altimeter setting while passing through FL180. Aircraft leveled off below the cleared altitude of 16000 ft as ATC cleared the flight to 14000 ft.

Title: CAPT OF A WDB FORGOT TO RESET ALTIMETER DURING DSCNT THROUGH FL180 RESULTING IN OVERSHOOTING ASSIGNED ALT.
Narrative: ACFT WAS CLRED TO DSND TO 16000 FT FROM FL200, WHILE FO WAS IN THE LAVATORY. CAPT FAILED TO RESET HIS ALTIMETER SETTING WHILE PASSING THROUGH FL180. ACFT LEVELED OFF BELOW THE CLRED ALT OF 16000 FT AS ATC CLRED THE FLT TO 14000 FT.
