Narrative:
Departing lga runway 4 with xwinds, experienced compressor stalls on #2 engine prior to 80 KTS. Discontinued takeoff and exited runway. Tower asked for reason and informed them compressor stalls. Complied with abnormals and sequenced in for takeoff. Complied with procedures for crosswind takeoff and again had to discontinue takeoff for compressor stalls. Returned to ramp and had maintenance check #2 engine per operations manual. Completed inspection -- all was normal. Departed on runway 31 with no incidents and normal operations to mia.

Narrative: DEPARTING LGA RWY 4 WITH XWINDS, EXPERIENCED COMPRESSOR STALLS ON #2 ENG PRIOR TO 80 KTS. DISCONTINUED TKOF AND EXITED RWY. TWR ASKED FOR REASON AND INFORMED THEM COMPRESSOR STALLS. COMPLIED WITH ABNORMALS AND SEQUENCED IN FOR TKOF. COMPLIED WITH PROCS FOR XWIND TKOF AND AGAIN HAD TO DISCONTINUE TKOF FOR COMPRESSOR STALLS.
