Narrative:
Male passenger stated me, me, me, I need help. He said he wanted 6 aspirin. We told him we could only give him 2. He said his wife had left him, and she had his daughter. He said he didn't know where they were. He said he was on his way to mexico city, mexico, for his father's funeral. Passenger became very upset, stating in a loud tone, yelling at times, he didn't want to live. He was very upset, irrational. He said he wanted to die. He looked as if he had taken some type of drug. I asked him if he had taken any type of drug, he said no. His actions led me to feel he had taken some drugs of some type. He was traveling with no bags, or personal items. The police and emt's met the flight. He fell to the floor and hit his head and face on the floor. He struck his face on the floor several times before we stopped him. Passenger, mr X of mexico city, was taken to hospital and placed in a mental unit for treatment. Emt's said he would be treated in the hospital for the face and nose wounds he caused to himself.
