Narrative:
Loss of oil pressure on right engine shortly after takeoff. Did precautionary shutdown and returned to fai. Oil dipstick cap came loose in-flight. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the engine was a P&west P6A-34 and the loss of oil was from the filler cap dipstick locking mechanism which failed.

Title: A BEECH 99 ON CLBOUT AT 8500 FT DECLARED AN EMER AND DIVERTED DUE TO LOSS OF OIL IN #2 ENG CAUSED BY FAILURE OF THE OIL CAP LOCK.
Narrative: LOSS OF OIL PRESSURE ON R ENG SHORTLY AFTER TKOF. DID PRECAUTIONARY SHUTDOWN AND RETURNED TO FAI. OIL DIPSTICK CAP CAME LOOSE INFLT.
