Narrative:
A runway segment at myr, which is closed for construction of the lighting system, is very difficult to see at dusk. The majority of present requirements seem to be aimed at preventing someone from landing on the closed segment, but some thought should also be put into preventing someone from rolling out onto the closed portion. I've seen similar closures in the past (gsp, cle) and had the same impression.
