Narrative:
I've had it with FAA disregarding the user (the pilots). For yrs I remember the ground/tower frequencys at atl by the easy association of little together/big together, now the FAA 121.75 and 119.1, 121.9 and 119.5 spelling in charge put in new frequencys in atl tower 125.32 and 123.85 which doesn't follow the other logic. For yrs atl called east/outer and F/inner when the first XXXX FAA renamed apron, ramp, inner, outer, something different at each XXXX airport. Rather than use 'oscar' for 'outer' or 'india' for 'inner' some bullshit FAA reasoning was used. I'm sick of the FAA not including pilots in decisions that directly affect the pilots, giving rise to excessive communication talk and miscoms.

Title: A DC9 CAPT VENTS HIS FRUSTRATION REGARDING THE ADDITIONAL FREQS ADDED TO ATL TWR FOR WBOUND DEPS UTILIZING RWYS 26L&R AND RWYS 27L&R. HE CLAIMS IT INTERFERED WITH HIS MEMORIZING THE GND AND TWR FREQS IN ASSOCIATION WITH EACH OTHER.
