Narrative:
My right foot tripped on moulding strip on step to/from cockpit door. While leaving cockpit, I fell on right knee, hip and elbow. Twisted right ankle, carrying china plates, skinned elbow, knee. Broke china (no cuts). Needed back alignments from chiropractor.
