Narrative:
Aircraft xyz flight abc on mar/xa/99 had an air return, due to the nosewheel well doors being open. They had been opened earlier that day by my partner and me as part of our service check. As time was getting closer for the plane to depart, we were caught with last second discrepancies on the plane. With things becoming very busy towards the last few mins till departure, we had forgot about the nosewheel well doors. The aircraft was then pushed back and preparing for taxi without the nosewheel well doors in the upward position. The aircraft had taken off and then returned due to vibration caused by the nosewheel well doors.
