Narrative:
We were cleared to FL330. I was flying. At FL332 the first officer called out 'altitude.' I kicked off autoplt and returned to FL330. I saw FL333.5 on my altimeter. The first officer saw FL334.5 on his altimeter. Altitude excursion lasted less than 5 seconds. After returning to FL330, ATC called to confirm our altitude. I was concentrating on routing, and failed to monitor altitude.
