Narrative:
At cruise, TA then RA, aircraft climbing into us. He leveled at 5000 ft. We got RA, climbed to 6400 ft, then got RA to descend because of aircraft at 7000 ft. We descended to 5800 ft, then heard 'clear of conflict' back to 6000 ft.
