Narrative:
Wing anti-ice failed on climb out. We remained VFR and returned to ord. We burned as much fuel as we could, but felt it was safer to land 400 pounds overweight than go around.

Title: FK100 CREW RETURNS TO LAND WHEN WING ANTI-ICE FAILED.
Narrative: WING ANTI-ICE FAILED ON CLBOUT. WE REMAINED VFR AND RETURNED TO ORD. WE BURNED AS MUCH FUEL AS WE COULD, BUT FELT IT WAS SAFER TO LAND 400 LBS OVERWT THAN GO AROUND.
