Narrative:
C180 VFR central idaho to sbd lost alternator central nevada. Dead reckoning. Near miss military fighter jet, then 2 more passes off nose less than 200 ft estimate speed more than 400 KTS, vortices caused loss of control of aircraft. Realized being 'buzzed' due to penetrate restr zone but disoriented due to event and loss of control, loss 1500 ft altitude turned east. No radios 2 degrees lost alternator and battery charge. Able to correct navigation, returned to home mechanics. Called socal TRACON to report events.
