Narrative:
While on approach to land under IFR at mke on runway 13, I experienced a near in-flight collision with another aircraft. The aircraft which created the near incident was on a VFR climb after departing mwc. I was descending for landing at mke and on an IFR flight plan. I am a captain in a C208. VMC conditions prevailed. The other aircraft was a late 60's v-tail bonanza. The operator of this aircraft was climbing VFR after departing mwc en route to john H batten, racine, wi. According to supervisor of mke approach, this operator had caused trouble in the past with milwaukee approach. When I noticed the aircraft approaching, it was at my 8 O'clock position and about 25 ft below my altitude (there was no opportunity for me to react). About the same time I saw him he must have seen me and initiated a hard left turn, followed by another hard right turn passing less than 200 ft in front of my aircraft and at my altitude.

Title: A C208 HAD A BEECH BONANZA PASS LESS THAN 200 FT IN FRONT AND AT THE SAME ALT ON APCH TO MKE.
Narrative: WHILE ON APCH TO LAND UNDER IFR AT MKE ON RWY 13, I EXPERIENCED A NEAR INFLT COLLISION WITH ANOTHER ACFT. THE ACFT WHICH CREATED THE NEAR INCIDENT WAS ON A VFR CLB AFTER DEPARTING MWC. I WAS DSNDING FOR LNDG AT MKE AND ON AN IFR FLT PLAN. I AM A CAPT IN A C208. VMC CONDITIONS PREVAILED. THE OTHER ACFT WAS A LATE 60'S V-TAIL BONANZA. THE OPERATOR OF THIS ACFT WAS CLBING VFR AFTER DEPARTING MWC ENRTE TO JOHN H BATTEN, RACINE, WI. ACCORDING TO SUPVR OF MKE APCH, THIS OPERATOR HAD CAUSED TROUBLE IN THE PAST WITH MILWAUKEE APCH. WHEN I NOTICED THE ACFT APCHING, IT WAS AT MY 8 O'CLOCK POS AND ABOUT 25 FT BELOW MY ALT (THERE WAS NO OPPORTUNITY FOR ME TO REACT). ABOUT THE SAME TIME I SAW HIM HE MUST HAVE SEEN ME AND INITIATED A HARD L TURN, FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER HARD R TURN PASSING LESS THAN 200 FT IN FRONT OF MY ACFT AND AT MY ALT.
