Narrative:
We taxied the aircraft onto the GA ramp at sgf. There were no line personnel to direct the aircraft to a parking spot. The ramp was almost full. As we taxied the aircraft to an open parking area, we hit a golf cart that was on the ramp. The aircraft was on the yellow centerline and the golf cart wasn't clear of the ramp area. We had to taxi between a running aircraft and the golf cart, but we hit the cart.
