Narrative:

We checked in with the TRACON with ATIS information. No lahso notes included. Approach conditions were light rain. On handoff at deana intersection, tower issued hold short of taxiway south. I asked whether runway 9R pavement was dry. Tower reported affirmative. I commented to tower they needed to add lahso remark to ATIS. Tower didn't seem to understand issue. After landing, I pulled new ATIS that had been revised during our approach, and latest information had no lahso remark either. This is a continuing, unacceptably casual approach to issue at ord.
