Began climb to FL230 when bleed fault recurred approximately FL180. Requested and received clearance to 10000 ft. Requested ATC clearance to msp. Operated APU as source for air conditioning and ventilation. Descended to 8000 ft and returned msp unpressurized. Landed without further incident.
