Narrative:
The undersigned took off from tamiami airport (tmb) for a pleasure flight to great harbour, bahamas (mybg). Runway in use was runway 27L. After starting takeoff roll and reaching rotation speed, nose was lifted and airplane started to fly. However, the stall warning horn sounded and the airplane veered sharply to the left. Undersigned decided to abort the takeoff and touched down on runway, but because of strong crosswind and insufficient directional control, airplane rolled off the runway onto the grass south of runway 27L, where it rolled out, and was steered back on the runway again. There was no damage to the airplane and no damage to the runway lights on the south side of runway 27L. After the incident was reported to control tower, we took off on the above mentioned pleasure trip. Airplane was 200 pounds under gross at time of incident and I believe that reason for incident was: a) strong crosswind, B) insufficient rudder after takeoff, and C) insufficient airspeed at rotation.

Title: PA32 PLT ABORTS TKOF AND DEPARTED THE RWY ONTO THE GRASS.
Narrative: THE UNDERSIGNED TOOK OFF FROM TAMIAMI ARPT (TMB) FOR A PLEASURE FLT TO GREAT HARBOUR, BAHAMAS (MYBG). RWY IN USE WAS RWY 27L. AFTER STARTING TKOF ROLL AND REACHING ROTATION SPD, NOSE WAS LIFTED AND AIRPLANE STARTED TO FLY. HOWEVER, THE STALL WARNING HORN SOUNDED AND THE AIRPLANE VEERED SHARPLY TO THE L. UNDERSIGNED DECIDED TO ABORT THE TKOF AND TOUCHED DOWN ON RWY, BUT BECAUSE OF STRONG XWIND AND INSUFFICIENT DIRECTIONAL CTL, AIRPLANE ROLLED OFF THE RWY ONTO THE GRASS S OF RWY 27L, WHERE IT ROLLED OUT, AND WAS STEERED BACK ON THE RWY AGAIN. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE AIRPLANE AND NO DAMAGE TO THE RWY LIGHTS ON THE S SIDE OF RWY 27L. AFTER THE INCIDENT WAS RPTED TO CTL TWR, WE TOOK OFF ON THE ABOVE MENTIONED PLEASURE TRIP. AIRPLANE WAS 200 LBS UNDER GROSS AT TIME OF INCIDENT AND I BELIEVE THAT REASON FOR INCIDENT WAS: A) STRONG XWIND, B) INSUFFICIENT RUDDER AFTER TKOF, AND C) INSUFFICIENT AIRSPD AT ROTATION.
