Narrative:
The time was XA30 and this was the last leg of a 3 leg trip. We were going to toledo with no passenger, just 2 crew members. We were cleared by ground control to taxi from the FBO to runway 33. The 'hold short' lines are at the edge of the ramp and as I taxied to the runway I saw the red sign identing the runway, but I didn't notice the 'hold short' lines, or any type of sign or light indicating there were high speed lines there. I was told by ground to 'stop there.' at that time I realized we had passed the lines by a few ft. We weren't rushing, or in a hurry, but we were finishing our taxi and before takeoff checklists, so the first officer was heads down for the most part and I was looking farther down the taxiway and wasn't expecting the high speed lines for a while. Our infraction was without incident as we held our position for landing traffic on a 2 mi final. After the traffic landed, we were cleared for takeoff. When taxiing at night at some of the other airports we frequent, I've noticed well lit yellow signs and/or lights identing the hold lines, and they are very helpful. The ground controller at dtw mentioned that more people have been crossing those lines at night and that it was going to be a topic at their next safety meeting.

Title: CESSNA CITATION CREW ENCROACHES ON RWY ENVIRONMENT.
Narrative: THE TIME WAS XA30 AND THIS WAS THE LAST LEG OF A 3 LEG TRIP. WE WERE GOING TO TOLEDO WITH NO PAX, JUST 2 CREW MEMBERS. WE WERE CLRED BY GND CTL TO TAXI FROM THE FBO TO RWY 33. THE 'HOLD SHORT' LINES ARE AT THE EDGE OF THE RAMP AND AS I TAXIED TO THE RWY I SAW THE RED SIGN IDENTING THE RWY, BUT I DIDN'T NOTICE THE 'HOLD SHORT' LINES, OR ANY TYPE OF SIGN OR LIGHT INDICATING THERE WERE HIGH SPD LINES THERE. I WAS TOLD BY GND TO 'STOP THERE.' AT THAT TIME I REALIZED WE HAD PASSED THE LINES BY A FEW FT. WE WEREN'T RUSHING, OR IN A HURRY, BUT WE WERE FINISHING OUR TAXI AND BEFORE TKOF CHKLISTS, SO THE FO WAS HEADS DOWN FOR THE MOST PART AND I WAS LOOKING FARTHER DOWN THE TXWY AND WASN'T EXPECTING THE HIGH SPD LINES FOR A WHILE. OUR INFRACTION WAS WITHOUT INCIDENT AS WE HELD OUR POS FOR LNDG TFC ON A 2 MI FINAL. AFTER THE TFC LANDED, WE WERE CLRED FOR TKOF. WHEN TAXIING AT NIGHT AT SOME OF THE OTHER ARPTS WE FREQUENT, I'VE NOTICED WELL LIT YELLOW SIGNS AND/OR LIGHTS IDENTING THE HOLD LINES, AND THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL. THE GND CTLR AT DTW MENTIONED THAT MORE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN XING THOSE LINES AT NIGHT AND THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE A TOPIC AT THEIR NEXT SAFETY MEETING.
