Narrative:
Airworthiness directive 94-24-17 due each 25 hours to grease blower bearings. Inspected tailrotor drive shaft thomas couplings and check torque on tailrotor gearbox mount stud nuts. Inspection due aircraft total time 130.2 has airworthiness directive signed off at 131.3 hour inspection due at aircraft total time 156.3 accomplished at 156.7. Dates occurred #1, sep/xa/98, sep/xc/98. No other occurrences noted to this date may/xd/99. Reminded mechanic that airworthiness directive must be accomplished at or before his due and no overfly allowed. Mechanic realized it was an oversight on his part and is well aware of no overfly is allowed.
