Narrative:
The FBO is located on southwest area of field. I had received en route clearance as well as taxi clearance. I understood to taxi to runway 21L by taxiway C and taxiway a. I did not notice any hold short lines or runway sign for runway 3L/21R. I do not recall hearing or repeating any 'hold short' instruction. Runway 3L/21R appears actually to end short of taxiway C. I asked controller if I was cleared to cross runway 7/25. He then said yes and that I should have held short of runway 3L/21R. I commented that I had not heard or 'seen' any hold short information. I do not believe that there was any question of separation of aircraft. I believe, too, that there may have been 2 controllers involved on radio. I do not have any suggestions. I am a safe pilot and aware of runway incursion dangers.
