Narrative:

Aircraft was released from maintenance for test flight to atw. At 100 KTS, the captain realized we had no elevator control. We aborted the takeoff without incident and returned the aircraft to maintenance, where they found the elevator not properly attached to control cables. A thorough preflight was performed, but we never visually inspected the movement of the elevator. Normal resistance was felt at yoke during control check.
