Primary Problem | Passenger Human Performance |
Narrative:
Passenger was disgruntled and verbally abusive (ie, yelling) because he had to come to forward part of cabin to pick up his breakfast sack. He was told to stop yelling at flight attendants, after flight attendants tried explaining why it was necessary for him to do so. Passenger was told that if he didn't return to his seat and stop harassing us, that he'd be removed from flight.
